In the 90s, in order to open the car, you had to turn the key in the door lock. Later, it was enough to press a button on the remote control to unlock the door. Currently, thanks to the keyless go system, it is enough to approach the car with the key in your pocket and grab the door handle to open the car. It is a great and convenient solution that means that we do not have to wonder which pocket the key is in. Useful especially in winter, when our hands are very cold. Unfortunately, along with the convenience in hand, there is also a risk of quick and non-invasive car theft using the so-called suitcase.

What does car theft look like with the keyless go system?

Theft of such a car most often takes place near the house, where during the sleep of the household members, one of the thieves stands by the car, and the other at the front door of the apartment, where the car keys are most often left. The person standing at the front door of the house intercepts the signal emitted by the car key and passes it on to the other person, and the car door opens, as if the owner were standing with the keys nearby. The thieves get in the car, start the engine and drive off.

The second common way a car with a keyless system is stolen is while in a coffee shop or mall. One of the thieves follows the owner of the car, and the other stays with the car. The rest is analogous to the theft at home.

How to protect the key against signal interception?

We present a modern aluminum keyless box for car keys that blocks the electromagnetic signals emitted by the key. The case is made of special metal alloys that block radio waves. The black metal case is made of thick walls that block RF signals and protect the keys from damage. For the key signal to be protected, the case must be closed. It is helped by placing small magnets in both parts of the case. The anti-theft aluminum keyless box inside is lined with suede material. Thanks to this, the key does not hit the walls directly and does not make noise.

Car Keyless Protection Aluminium Case Faraday Box

Why choose an aluminum box?

It is made of a hard and anti-corrosive material that does not crack, deform or tear. Thanks to its small size, it can be used both at home and outside the home. It can be used on a daily basis and as protection for a second, spare key. Works like a Faraday cage for Keyless car keys.
